Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Kern has been our Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since January of 2009.
From February 2001 until January 2009, Mr. Kern served as our Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer .
From May 1995 until February 2001, Mr. Kern served as our vice president corporate controller. From 1991 to May 1995, Mr. Kern was controller of McKechnie Plastics Components, Inc.
From 1981 to 1991, Mr. Kern was employed by Ernst & Young, most recently as a senior audit manager from 1988 to 1991.
